  Extra Heavy Duty FAST Articulated Arm Swing Gate Motor with Encoder and Limit Switches

  
  

  The Ferni FAST offers the most flexibility out of any of the swing gate automation systems with its articulated curved arm arrangement it can reach in to pillar and large post installations up to 380mm and still support a maximum of 4m in typical residential and commercial gates and furthermore up to 5m in farm gate installations.

  Controlled by an encoder motor and cut off at each end of the cycle by limit switches making precision and flexibility at its highest.

  Robust construction with a galvanized steel arm and even the cover center section is of aluminum construction its construction is second to none in its class.

  Its FAST operating speed allows the gate operation to occur quickly and quietly with minimal waiting time. This all occurs with complete control over the gates inertia and adjustable travel speeds.

  The most ADVANCED AND EASY to use control board in the gate automation industry, the ZLX24 features an endless option list and configurability.

  Starting with the casing the ZLX24 control box itself has 8 cable entry point four from the rear and four from the bottom side. The box can be fixed to the wall in a traditional manor being a fixing screw in each corner, or alternatively a DIN rail is supplied for its direct to DIN mounting system.

  The control board itself is encased in a complete housing within the box to prevent short circuit and accidental touching of components, during the installation the control board easily unclips revealing its module storage and cable management routes, this simplifies the installation for feeding wiring through without any chance of damage.

  OPTIONAL Uninterrupted Battery Backup System

  

  The optional uninterrupted battery backup system allows for continued use in the case of power loss without the need for any user intervention, it will continue to allow system operation including any system accessories for 24 hours OR until the power is restored.   Description

  Fortress EL Automatic Gate Lock

  

  The Fortress EL totally AUTOMATIC electric gate lock system allows for a secure hold over the gate particularly handy when the gate is wide, prone to wind resistance or in an application requiring an additional layer of security. Prior to beginning the gate operation the electric lock first unlatches then begins to move the gates to the open position, during the closing the lock will automatically latched closed when reaching the end of cycle.

  
  The Fortress EL is supplied with both a gate to post latching plate (for single gates) and also a gate to ground latching plate (for double gates to be used with a metal gate stop).

  For double gates a rebate/lip should be installed on the front of the trailing gate to prevent it being pushed past the locked gate (essentially both gates are locked this way).
