  Orion Slimline Low Voltage 24 Volt Driveway Linear Actuator Gate Motor

  

  The Orion Linear Actuator kit is ultra modern and slimline measuring at only 80mm in width. Suitable for narrow post installations of 100mm. Constructed from a die-cast alloy rear housing for the DC motor and metal gear set and an extruded aluminum housing for the stainless steel telescopic piston it retains a subtle yet modern appearance with plenty of strength for most applications of low resistance/low wind loading gates up to 3.5m in size or up to 350kg in weight each.

  Operations are smooth and efficient using its 24 Volt DC motor system transferred to its steel lead screw through its metal gear set. The end positions are set using the retracted stroke (in) and a gate stop for its expanded stroke (out).

  The Orion has a 400mm stroke and the ability to work with gates from as short as 800mm and as wide as 3.5m (12ft) with a maximum weight of 350kg, if a wider, heavier or a cladded gate is installed please see the Viper series of operators.

  The Premier SW24 Automatic gate system controller comes standard with a state of the art feature set catering for all types of installations, whether only requiring ordinary residential operation to all the way up to a full fledged setup requiring advanced logic principals taking advantage of the 70% duty cycle.

  The on-board display makes easy work of any settings changes if desired and is easily visible in the outdoors being the advantage of LED displays. With multiple Inputs and outputs just about any accessory is compatible with the Premier SW24 system (see the complete list below). Also boasting multiple safety inputs along with its precise on-board detection it allows safety to remain prioritized for any application.

  The installation process is always kept in mind allowing up to 7 cable inputs into the outdoor weatherproof gate control box using IP68 cable glands, you will never run out of space or provisions for more.

  The genius automatic learning system, hold one key to enable and begin the automatic learning of the gate system and automatic definition of the ramp up and slow down points, its as easy as it gets suiting all skill levels from DIY once off installs to professional installers.

  The Cero Solar Regulator is PWM type suited for Gel, Sealed and Flooded batteries.   Supplied with an external Dual DEEP CYCLE battery system 24V 15aH system as standard in a SLIMLINE Waterproof and Dust Proof Rated Enclosure (IP67 Cable Gland Supplied), there are a total of THREE battery capacity options available.

  Option 1 (Premier 24-15B): The 15aH Deep Cycle setup allow for up to a two and a half weeks of usage without any charge from the solar panel in a typical residential installation of 10 cycles per days (whilst factoring in standby power), this is the ideal choice for areas that may see a consistent week of poor weather poor weather through winter without sunlight. This is great choice VIC, NSW, SA, ACT, TAS, QLD, NT and WA.

  Option 2 (Premier 24-22B): The 22aH Deep Cycle setup allows for well over three weeks in a typical residential installation of 10 cycles per days without seeing any charge from the solar panel (whilst factoring in standby power). It can also support Light commercial usage.

  Option 2 (Premier 24-26B): The 26aH Deep Cycle setup allows for well over four weeks in a typical residential installation of 10 cycles per days without seeing any charge from the solar panel (whilst factoring in standby power). It can also support Medium commercial usage of 10-15 operations per day for a period of approx. 2 weeks.

  The allowances are general in nature and typically factor for a continuous period taking into account overcast and other poor weather conditions along with wet seasons that will contribute to a no charge/minimal charge result from the solar system. These allowances do not take into account shade on the solar panel which will effect the overall charging.

  These allowances DO NOT take into account WiFi and Bluetooth Modules, as system consumption will increase using one of these devices Always use the next option up from requirment.

  Fortress EL Automatic Gate Lock

  

  The Fortress EL totally AUTOMATIC electric gate lock system allows for a secure hold over the gate particularly handy when the gate is wide, prone to wind resistance or in an application requiring an additional layer of security. Prior to beginning the gate operation the electric lock first unlatches then begins to move the gates to the open position, during the closing the lock will automatically latched closed when reaching the end of cycle.

  
  The Fortress EL is supplied with both a gate to post latching plate (for single gates) and also a gate to ground latching plate (for double gates to be used with a metal gate stop).

  For double gates a rebate/lip should be installed on the front of the trailing gate to prevent it being pushed past the locked gate (essentially both gates are locked this way).
