The BKV range is the pinnacle of the sliding gate automation industry. Still low voltage but at the leading power range and with adaptive torque design this sliding gate system is suited for almost any gate weight, slope, and length.
Suitable for commercial, industrial and Residential Installation of all weights and sizes whether a 20m long commercial gate or a heavy merbau cladded gate at home the BKV makes easy work of it with the ability to run at 100% duty cycle (24HR operation) where required with a maximum capacity of 1500KG weight or a 20 Meter Long Gate.
Still carrying the CAME typical top of the line features such as three stage speed control all adjustable, precise encoder travel DC motor, reliable spring limit system PLUS the option of a plug in weekly timer (no wiring bulky hard to program timers) and all still with the easy to use an intuitive LCD interface.

For ease of configuration the cutting edge digital control board with backlit LCD screen is housed at the top of the unit allowing for easy changes to any one of the numerous features of the system.
Further key benefits of the BKV system is the motor is controlled by an encoder giving precise and accurate operation along with its slowdowns, all completely adjustable including the High speed, low speed and approach points with the ability to have a soft start enabled where required.
The stopping point at each end is controlled by an easy to setup and durable spring limit system not affected by the Australian climate (unlike magnetic limits).


Four point adjustment

As is often the case concreting is never perfect and is more apparent once a motor is installed, this is remedied by the FOUR point adjustment system of the BKV.
Simply adjust each corner of the motor chassis up/down to return the unit to level in both directions. This will allow for easy gear rack installation to the gate since alignment is set to suit
Manual Release

Easy to use manual release incase of power outage. Insert the supplied key and turn to unlock the manual release lever. To release turn the manual release lever and now the gate can be opened and closed manually. If required an internal battery backup system is available for completely uninterrupted operation. The system is completely housed within the unit and allows for continued use at a 24V level.

Digital Control Board
By default the control board will be pre-configured for the best typical settings for most users however with the onboard digital display and easy to use scroll buttons the configuration options are almost endless. Out of the box it will be configured for Both Full Gate OPEN/CLOSE + Partial Opening Function (a set amount of the gates travel) typically you would start an automatic calibration, set the automatic close time and connect any accessories to the system to complete the installation.

CERO PWM Solar Regulator

The Cero Solar Regulator is PWM type suited for Gel, Sealed and Flooded batteries. It operates in a 3 stage charging control to ensure optimal performance to the batteries and provide the greatest longevity. The Cero is has protections in place in case of errors and failures in the solar panel installation or battery installation and will shut down in the case of short circuit and overload, then restart once clear.
The LCD display provides accurate data on the current input voltage from the solar panel, the current stage of charging and also the current battery voltage making it easy to check the status on the fly.

Battery System

Supplied with an external Dual DEEP CYCLE battery system 24V 15aH system as standard in a SLIMLINE Waterproof and Dust Proof Rated Enclosure (IP67 Cable Gland Supplied), there are a total of THREE battery capacity options available.
Option 1 (Premier 24-15B): The 15aH Deep Cycle setup allow for up to a two and a half weeks of usage without any charge from the solar panel in a typical residential installation of 10 cycles per days (whilst factoring in standby power), this is the ideal choice for areas that may see a consistent week of poor weather poor weather through winter without sunlight. This is great choice VIC, NSW, SA, ACT, TAS, QLD, NT and WA.
Option 2 (Premier 24-22B): The 22aH Deep Cycle setup allows for well over three weeks in a typical residential installation of 10 cycles per days without seeing any charge from the solar panel (whilst factoring in standby power). It can also support Light commercial usage.
Option 3 (Premier 24-26B): The 26aH Deep Cycle setup allows for well over four weeks in a typical residential installation of 10 cycles per days without seeing any charge from the solar panel (whilst factoring in standby power). It can also support Medium commercial usage of 10-15 operations per day for a period of approx. 2 weeks.
Option 4 (Premier 24-55B): The 55aH Deep Cycle setup allows for well over eight to nine weeks in a typical residential installation of 10 cycles per days without seeing any charge from the solar panel (whilst factoring in standby power). It can also support higher duty commercial usage of 60 operations per day for a period of approx. 1 weeks. It should be considered in these applications to upgrade the solar panel option to 180 Watts.
The allowances are general in nature and typically factor for a continuous period taking into account overcast and other poor weather conditions along with wet seasons that will contribute to a no charge/minimal charge result from the solar system. These allowances do not take into account shade on the solar panel which will effect the overall charging.
These allowances DO NOT take into account WiFi and Bluetooth Modules, as system consumption will increase using one of these devices Always use the next option up from requirement.

The DXR20 boast a 20m operating range making it ideal for large gate openings typically seen in commercial properties.
The Aluminium cover plates make it an ideal choice due to its vandal resistance.
Furthermore the DXR20 can swivel up to 180° Vertically and 5°Horizontally Up or Down for the easiest alignment.
The receiver photocells operating voltage of 12-24V AC OR DC and can be wired from the system directly with an allowance of 20 meter distance between the photocells.
