The Titan 2410 Sliding Gate System is built around a compact form factor yet utilizing the space for a large 180 Watt 24V DC motor delivering an unparalleled capacity of up to 1000KG gate or up to 8 Meters in length (package is supplied with 4 Metres of gear rack which is adjustable in the kit contents tab). 

 Clever engineering allows for the system to work in a Ultra Fast and controlled operating speed with the allowance to be reduced to a normal or even slow running speed if required. The housing is formed from die-cast alloy with a steel pinion gear and all internal mountings are of steel to provide the best physical strength both inside and outside and the peace of mind of a long service life. 

 Keeping it reliable and dependable the Titan series operator uses trusty micro switch limit system allowing for the added bonus of a simple (and effective) installation. Housed within the Titan system the Premier SL24 Automatic gate system controller comes standard with a state of the art feature set catering for all types of installations, whether only requiring ordinary residential operation to all the way up to a full fledged commercial setups requiring advanced logic principals taking advantage of the high 90% duty cycle ability. The on-board display makes easy work of any settings changes if desired and is easily visible in the outdoors being the advantage of LED displays. With multiple Inputs and outputs just about any accessory is compatible with the Premier SL24 system (see the complete list below).

Multiple Configurable Safety Inputs

✓ Obstacle Detection by load This feature is always running and detecting if the gate is stalled under load by an obstacle during its travel. 
✓ Typical Photocell Input Terminal to prevent gate from closing on vehicle, reverts gate if a vehicle passes through during closing, restarts the Automatic closing timer after each interruption. 
✓ Photostop Input, Same as the typical photocell input with an added feature of preventing the gate from opening if the photocell is blocked. Handy for sliding gates that open towards an obstacle such as a pedestrian gate..

The optional uninterrupted battery backup system allows for continued use in the case of power loss without the need for any user intervention, it will continue to allow system operation including any system accessories for 24 hours OR until the power is restored. 

The batteries are automatically recharged when power is restored and trickle whilst power is available Directly fitting into the systems compartment there is no need for any additional storage boxes. If the optional battery system is not desired the system can still be manually release using the secure override system.

The External 24V Transformer is designed to be installed outdoors or in a garage/carport. The transformer will plug into an ordinary power point and output a safe LOW VOLTAGE supply to the gate system. Being built to an uncompromised and higher specification unit it is capable of a low voltage run of up to 100 meters making it suitable for most installations that do not have a power point nearby to the gate.
