Brand: PDK

Introducing Pro Data Key, the worlds #1 cloud managed access control system. PDK systems are suitable for applications ranging from high security complexes, schools, multi Tenant applications, storage centers, air bnb, gyms employee management, with elaborate privilege's and tracking of users and personnel along with real-time user management and reporting all from the mobile APP.

PDK Systems are 100% Scalable, you can start with your fundamentals for doors/gates on-site and continue to add additional door controllers as the scope grows.

PDK Systems all begin with a cloud node.  A cloud node is the gateway between the door control and the access management. A cloud node always connect via ethernet cable to the sites network switch and router.

Keeping with the scalability design a cloud node allows for connection of one door management directly meaning outside of the control devices the only item required for a single door control is the cloud node itself. Each individual door to be controlled incurs an annual subscription fee thus keeping costs to the minimum required for each project.

How do door controllers communicate with the system?

Door controllers can work in two different ways:

1. Connect back via ethernet cable to the network switch.

2. Connect via wireless communications to the cloud node.

To communicate wirelessly to the cloud node both the door controller requires the wireless add on and the cloud node must be the RCNEW version.

Other Notable System Features

✓Remote troubleshooting
✓Instant System Alerts
✓Auto open Rules
✓Local storage of rules and users in each door controller incase of network or subscription issue

Connections

Each door controller has its relevant keypad or card reader connected directly back to it along with REX buttons, and the striker/magnetic lock. If only controlling the one door it connects back directly to the cloud node.

Adding additional door controllers

Door controllers are available in multiple configurations such as pedestal gate controller (a keypad + rain hood with a door controller built in for gooseneck posts), Two door, Four Door and Eight Door controllers along with a gate controller which is a one door controller in a waterproof enclosure.

Door controllers are normally fitted centralized to all the doors to be managed allowing for decreased cabling (and labour).

Door controllers always require a 12V DC power supply which is not included with the exception of the Eight door controller.

What is the maximum distance for wireless door controllers?

Open air communications allow for up to 150 meters, this is of course not factoring losses though walls, doors, etc.

✓Using the PDK wireless repeater enhances and increases the distance up to 1.6 Kilometers (line of sight outdoors) and up to 140meters (indoor) making this solution a state of the art long distance access control system .

Integrations and Automations

Integrations and automations

Allowing trigger events to manage your PDK can be done through Zapier and an approved application such as:
✓Gymflow,
✓Acuity
✓Simplybook
✓Optix
Further information can be found via the Zapier integrations website: https://zapier.com/apps/prodatakey/integrations

Ethernet cable based topology

Wireless based topology
Please note this method requires the cloud node to be the wireless enabled version and each door controller requires the wireless add on.

PDK Two Door Add On Controller

PDK Door controllers are cloud based devices allowing for programmability of adding, deleting, and configuring users on the fly via mobile APP.

This device is an add on to build the system to support up to additional two doors.

The TWO door controller connects to the system network either by ethernet cable to the network switch or wirelessly to a wireless cloud node (RCNEW). If you plan to connect wirelessly ensure to purchase the wireless add on for the door controller.
