Complete Heavy Duty Cantilever Sliding Gate Hardware Kit (Heavy Duty PLUS)
Please note a fabricated base is required for the gate motor to raise its level to suit the cantilever assembly assembly height of 170mm.
The default allowance for the package is for a 5.8 meter gate opening (9m total gate), this can be adjusted in the kit contents to cater for your requirements.
16 Wheel Cantilever Gate System
The heavy duty cantilever sliding gate system allows for a balanced operation of a gate without the need for a typical ground track system and wheels, this is ideal for commercial setups that the ground track can be damaged by machinery or even residential setups where it may not be plausible to have a concrete strip footing across the driveway to levels or driveway finishing's.
The 16 wheel cantilever system is capable of a maximum driveway opening size of 8 meters (Total gate length Approx. 12 meters when including the tail) or 900KG gate weight (whichever comes first).
Typical guidelines
✓ The cantilever gate tail is 30% of the opening + an additional 1300mm
✓ Ideal Height Should not exceed 1.8m on a 16 Wheel System
✓ A receiver resting point is installed on the post in the closed position for the gate to rest on whilst closed
✓An additional receiver resting point is installed at the end of the open position for the gate to also rest on
