Radius Gate Frame
Specifically designed for Radius (turning) gate applications this gate measures at 1000mm width and 1770mm Height (with cut-outs) giving a final installed height of Aprox. 1800mm (+/- depending on final weight of gate and load against the spring wheel).
Laser welded (pre-galvanized steel) gives the best strength and versatility for the gate frame and can be used for most cladding applications
A bottom 120mm rail provides a clean aesthetic of checked in wheel structure and these panels can be used as Masters (SLM) or Slave (SLS/E) panels thanks to the clever removable pocket designs.
Regardless off direction when a pockets is removed the remaining area is already welded closed for a clean final finish without the need of plastic caps.
The versatile design gate frame is suitable for both INTERNAL horizontal cladding (up to 20mm material thickness) (cladding channels available as an extra) or EXTERNAL vertical/Horizontal Cladding of any thickness. Additional bracing kits are available if a horizontal support rail is required.

With a pair of wheels on the first panel and a singular wheel on all other panels (linked together by the radius hinge) the sliding gate panels can be sized from 500mm each to a maximum of 1800mm each, it would be recommended to work on set panel lengths of 500/1000 with the Radius 340 track or 1500mm with the Radius 1000, these panel sizes best suit nylon gear rack (if automating).

OPTIONAL Uninterrupted Battery Backup System
The optional uninterrupted battery backup system allows for continued use in the case of power loss without the need for any user intervention, it will continue to allow system operation including any system accessories for 24 hours OR until the power is restored. The batteries are automatically recharged when power is restored and trickle whilst power is available Directly fitting into the systems compartment there is no need for any additional storage boxes.
If the optional battery system is not desired the system can still be manually release using the secure override system.

Dukie X 32KHZ Anti-Interference Professional Photocell Kit
The Dukie X series photocell kit will provide an invisible to the eye infrared beam across the driveway to prevent the gate closing from obstacles in the beams path. Both the photocells are wired back to the control box with low voltage.
