Bi Fold Gate System with post and Center position Hinges Max 2m Per Gate Panel - Max. 4m Opening - (200KG Total Max Weight)

The Bi-Fold Post to Gate Link kit allow for the connectivity of two gates to one another that pivot front face to front face as the first panel (nearest to the post) is opening. The gate panels can be a minimum of 40mm thickness and a maximum of 80mm total thickness. The systems intended design is for gates opening inwards in a level swinging application.

The provided 30mm rod tubes (x4) allow for the interconnection of the post bracket to the tri-arm gate bracket. The rods can be interconnected to increase length with the supplied joiners and/or cut in size with the removable thread inserts making it one of the simplest and most versatile bi-fold systems on the market for almost every panel width. The system has adjustability at the post end to FINE lengthen/shorten the connecting rod along with another at the secondary gate end to fine adjust the secondary gates closed angle.

The Bi Fold gate systems technical maximum is 5 meters per panel and a total weight between the gates of 500kg, special precautions should be exercised when engineering and building a bi-fold gate arrangement such as wind resistance concerns, weight bearing on the post, leverage loads, the hinge capacities and the build strength of the panels.

Positioning of the system is flexible but typically preferred at the bottom.
