Versatile Driveway Swing Gate Frame for cladding

Versatile driveway gate frame for cladding
The versatile design gate frame is suitable for both INTERNAL horizontal cladding (up to 20mm material thickness) or EXTERNAL vertical/Horizontal Cladding of any thickness. 

The gate features an open center which does not interfere with internal cladding. The construction is of pre-galvanized steel RHS tubing for the Bottom Rail (80x40mm) and SHS tubing (40x40mm Top and Sides). Every join on the gate is welded providing the best strength and rigidity unlike flat pack gates.

Gate Hinge Options

Multiple hinge options are available to choose from based on two factors gate weight and adjustability/flexibility.

Standard Ball Bearing Hinges Double Gate Strap Hinge 200mm V40 Hinge Silver Zinc Coated 300mm Strap Hinge Silver Zinc Coated

The standard ball bearing hinge is used with light weight gates only and is fixed without adjustability, it is a simple lift off type hinge. This hinge works with 100mm Posts

Strap hinge (non-adjustable) is used with gates not exceeding 150kg, it is a simple lift off type hinge. With gate frames it should be considered the minimum post size with this option should be 150mm.

The V40 Hinge (Silver Zinc Dacromet Coated) Can be installed anywhere on the gates Vertical rail allowing for Automation on the gates bottom rail without conflict from the hinge. This hinge works with 100mm Posts

The 300mm Strap Hinge (Silver Zinc Dacromet Coated) is used for weightier gates such as cladded gates requiring adjustment back to/away from post to achieve alignment, by far the most adjustable hinge option. With gate frames it should be considered the minimum post size with this option should be 150mm.
